A deposit will be required to retain a selected puppy by the seller until the specified date of pick up or delivery.

Deposit amount will be deducted from the total purchase price of the puppy. Remaining balance will be paid in full prior to pick up or delivery.

The purchase price does not include any delivery charges or breeding rights fees.

There will be no refund on Deposits, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure of the buyer to complete purchase would result in loss of deposit. Deposit may be moved to a future litter at request of buyer and at the discretion of the seller.

The seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the deposit.
